It is ideal in massage blends (in a carrier oil) to help soothe dry skin and minor grazes, as well as muscular aches and cramps. In a diffuser, it helps with sleep, relaxation and soothes anxiety. Lavender is sharp, sweet and floral and blends well with Lemon, Rosemary, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange, Neroli and Bergamot.
