Details: Product Description Brighten and visibly lift your eyes with this highlighter pencil that can be lightly applied on the brow bone and dark circles. It can conceal blemishes and dark spots on light skin tones with the creamy never-creasing consistency that blends seamlessly on the skin.

Directions 1. Apply the Chella Highlighter Pencil along the arch under your eyebrow as well as just above the arch to tail area. 2. Blend the highlighter below the eyebrow downwards towards the eyelid using the Chella Dual Blending Brush 3. Blend the highlighter above the arch down toward the tail of the eyebrow.
